MAIN GYM (COACHING ROOM)
Personal Training
This is where it is 1-1 with one of our coaches, creating you a programme for 6/8 weeks specific to your goals, this is a monthly payment.
Couples Training
This is a cheaper option than 1-1 but offers the same programme for 6/8 but do this with a partner or friend! This is a monthly payment.
Strong Girls Club
Agroup of 3-6 girls, getting a free log book and having a movement of the month! Work with other women & learn to lift weights confidently & safely. This is a monthly payment.
BASEMENT GYM (CLASS ROOM)
PAYG Classes
All our classes are found through the link, where you can view our timetable & book on when you like! These classes change over time, but to name a few, BOXERCISE, BURN, BODY PUMP, STEP, LEGS,BUMS&TUMS, PILATES & YOGA.
Cycle Sandwich
For everything nutritional & Yummy! We have our very experienced John, who is in charge of meal preps, protein for after a tough session or just a simple coffee for your journey home from the gym!

At The Coaching Room, we're not just after seasonal fitness goals; we aim for lifelong health, functional independence, and feeling confident in our own skin.
